Customised LMS
We suggested a personalized and customized LMS in South Africa Education Institutes with different modules for each type of system actors.
Verified Registrations
Since there would be many institutes and their representatives enrolling on the platform, we suggested client a Registration Process that would require authentic documents.
Role Definition
While the system allowed course customisations, the Education Institute must at least define 6 roles that are Training Provider, Facilitators, Learners, Assessors, Moderators and Data Capturer.

The biggest challenge was to determine how the learner management system would identify the criteria that assessors need to consider while assessing the sessions.
- Each course had different criteria aside from grades that needed to be assessed in the learner management system.
- Our team of expert developers suggested our clients to register all the possible criteria into the system.
- When the sessions are to be assigned to the assessor, the training providers can select the criteria that need to be considered by the assessor.

Online assessment of learners for real-time assessments and criteria reviews.
Moderator Module
