The project was quite challenging, presenting several hurdles that required innovative solutions:
- One of the biggest challenges was ensuring the AI could handle large volumes of data and generate content customized to the client’s needs in their LMS. We addressed this through extensive fine-tuning of the AI models and iterative testing based on feedback.
- While AI automation improved the LMS platform, simplifying user workflows was crucial to prevent staff overwhelm. We achieved this by designing intuitive interfaces, streamlining workflows, and conducting training sessions to ensure user-friendliness.
- Managing vast amounts of educational content and user data within the LMS was another significant challenge.
