Our client has specializing in spectrum processing solutions for demanding applications, encountered several challenges:
- Tracking data from the defense hardware system has been difficult due to the lack of an interface for monitoring and recording.
- Locating defense assets data from devices distributed across various coordinates posed challenges.
- Executing diverse configurations on the same defense hardware was a crucial requirement.
- Managing user roles became problematic, as it was challenging to determine which roles were assigned to each user.

Our versatile case study makes this easy for us.
In response to the client’s requirement for efficient defense assets data tracking management, We designed and developed defense assets data tracking management software to manage large volume of records.
- To enhance security and control, our defense equipment data tracking management solution allows admins to assign specific roles to users, limiting each role to only one user.
- We implemented a user-friendly hierarchy-based structure to simplify admin operations.
We established APIs integration to facilitate data communication and processing between the front end and back end of defense assets data tracking management systems

We proposed a web application development to the client for easy and convenient use of the system for the user.
Defense Data Tracking of Devices
We proposed a defense assets data tracking module where the admin can track all the devices installed at a particular location.
Defense Device Configuration Platform
As a bulk set of defense devices should work under different sets of configurations, we provided a user friendly interface so that users can assign a different set of combinations of the detail level configurations.

Requirement Gathering
Business analysts and Team leads conducted various meetings for accurate information gathering.

Scope Documentation
Once all the information was gathered, a detailed scope document was prepared for the project and approved by the client.

Wireframe & UI Design
For effective proof of concept, a wireframe of the project was made. Our designers were allocated tasks to create user-centric UI for web applications.

Development & Testing
Based on the UI design, a web application for users was developed for the project. Once the web application was developed, it was tested by a team of QA experts.

Deployment
After the successful completion of testing and fixing all the bugs, the project was deployed to the server.

What We Delivered
From nothing to a star!
Secure User Login
Users can log in securely with their email address and password.
Refining of Data
Various filters were introduced to help admin and users find their relevant information easily from the platform.
Master Library
Admin can create a master library and it can consist of a set of Emitter, Platforms, and Association between them and can manage and visualize the data received from the hardware system and search for them accurately with various filters.
User Management
Admin can add a new user, assign a role to the user, remove from a specific role, and delete the user from the system.
Import and Export Data
Admin can bulk import and export the platform records in/from the system. Admin has to select a JSON file which consists of platform(s) and web UI will handle the rest of the process of creating/importing or exporting the data.
