Integration of Details needs very specific attention
The implementation of the key feature of storing specific details of the patient and their escort for each visit was tough to implement since various categories such as escorts, diagnoses, hospitals, PR files and other such crucial details had to be stored for each visit. Along with that, the database needed to be designed in such a way that the architecture would allow for easy retrieval of the documents. The team also worked hard to incorporate the feature of maintaining allowances for each patient and their escorts, which was covered in development along with other complex scenarios.
Along with the pre-defined Users like Medical Advisors, PR, Accountants and the System Administrator, the client wanted an option to add new System Actors and assign them access to specific modules only. To solve the problem, we created a cross-functional team that would create a dynamic and personalized solution for the client.
