We proposed the development of a website platform for the embassy staff that would allow them a completely digitized mode of adding the patient’s and escort’s history to the system.
Zealous also proposed a system that would automatically calculate and credit the allowance to the accounts of patients and their escorts on a weekly basis, using a pre-defined logic.
Our consultants also proposed incorporation of the key features of the embassy’s system, such as the current status of the patient, extension of PR and others into the system.
Various meetings were conducted with the client by a team of the Business Analyst and the Project Manager to understand the client’s requirements.
Based on the meetings and suggestions from client, a detailed scope document was prepared by our team of analysts and developers.
After multiple meetings, we prepared the wireframes and user stories for the project to help our client visualize the system and its activity flow.
With the use of agile methodology, a dynamic web platform was developed for the client.
Regression testing and integration testing was used to test User Story implementation at each milestone, while the client also conducted UAT for the developed system.

The system stores all the details of existing as well as new patients and their respective escorts.
Once added, a patient's future visits are automatically stored, along with all their details.
Before the patient and escort reach the US, their PR files like LOG, LOA are stored in the system.
Numerous parameters were integrated to calculate the weekly allowances using a pre-defined logic.
Any embassy staff with access permissions can view the patient's profile.
Each user had their defined roles in the system and they were given access to information accordingly.
The system can assign a status to each patient for their visit such as Pending, Departed, Active, Deceased or Rejected.
If a patient would require extending their stay in the US, the system can be used to implement the same.
Administrators can add and manage patients as well as escorts from the system.
Each patient had their own individual profile in the system and respective users can access the files.
