Sr. QA - Automation

Job Description:

We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Analyst (Automation) with 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing robust automated testing solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in automation frameworks, a solid understanding of software testing methodologies, and proven experience leading automation initiatives. You’ll play a key role in ensuring product quality, driving automation best practices, and mentoring junior team members to build a strong QA culture.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable and maintainable automation strategies.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain advanced automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Playwright.
• Build and execute automated test cases for functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing of web and mobile applications.
• Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA team members to identify risks and ensure early defect detection.
• Drive test coverage improvements by combining manual and automated testing techniques.
• Provide detailed analysis, metrics, and reports on automation execution results to stakeholders.
• Lead root cause analysis of production issues and proactively implement preventive measures.
• Stay updated on emerging tools, frameworks, and industry trends to continuously improve QA practices.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in test automation, best practices, and coding standards.

Preferred Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering
