We carefully migrated all data and built real-time synchronization between operational and financial modules, ensuring workflows ran smoothly and accurately.
  • The second challenge was reporting accuracy. Manual report generation was slow and prone to mistakes, making it hard to track financial performance. We automated balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and reconciliation reports, giving the client accurate, instant insights for faster decision-making.
  • The third challenge was user adoption and system usability. Staff were used to the old desktop system and hesitant to switch. We redesigned the interface for intuitive navigation and conducted hands-on workshops, helping employees quickly adapt and confidently use the new ERP.
