Business Development Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and market research skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and other lead generation methods.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, delivery) to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with client information, sales activities, and pipeline progress.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring company profitability.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to improve brand visibility.
  • Provide regular reports, forecasts, and insights to management on sales activities and market conditions.
