Business Analyst

Job Description

Zealous System is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience in software development projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and delivering clear documentation.

You will work closely with clients, project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure that project goals align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders
• Conduct meetings, workshops, and requirement discovery sessions
• Prepare BRD, SRS, user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications
• Translate business requirements into clear technical documentation
• Coordinate with development and design teams to ensure accurate implementation
• Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest practical solutions
• Perform gap analysis and impact analysis for new features or changes
• Assist in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and project estimations
• Support UAT and ensure requirement traceability
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle

Preferred Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
