We have an itch to do deep research about the problem.
- Client had identified that there was no open market mobile application that would empower brands and customers to trade, track and monitor their products.
- There was also a lack of applications that would help product owners in tracking the theft of their clothes.
- Client then wished to create a mobile application that would serve Fashion Brands with online smart trading of clothing in the USA market.
- To address these issues, the client developed the idea of a smart clothing application using NFC tags and approached Zealous for the same.

The biggest challenge for us was understanding the analytical requirements of the clients, verifying their feasibility, and implementing them seamlessly in the application for the brands.
- The digitalization of products with NFC was a challenge as there were numerous records to be verified of past customers.
- Enabling the weekly wardrobe feature using customized calendar requirements was another difficulty.
- The concept was fairly new and unexplored.
- A cross-functional team of business analysts, technology consultants and developers were deployed to carry out detailed UX research and technical feasibility tests for the client.
