The biggest challenge for us was the understanding of the analytical requirements of the clients, verifying their feasibility and implementing them seamlessly in the application for the brands. Apart from that, the digitalization of products with NFC was a challenge as there were numerous records to be verified of past customers. There were also difficulties in enabling the weekly wardrobe feature using customized calendar requirements.
Since the concept was fairly new and unexplored, a cross-functional team of business analysts, technology consultants and developers were deployed to carry out detailed UX research and technical feasibility tests for the client pertaining to the above mentioned challenges.
