The fight was tough but so fun to crack!
The most crucial task was to transfer the database from the in-house server to Microsoft Azure, as the database syntax was different in both. Following this, creating user identities was a time-consuming process. The client also wanted to establish a firewall rule on Azure that would allow all users to create a safe-list of IP addresses.
- Additionally, the client faced an issue with users making untimely payments for subscription fees.
- Checking it manually every time was time-consuming for the client.
- To address this problem, a new PayPal IPN (Instant Payment Notification) was set up.
- The IPN would notify the client immediately in case of late payment or other payment-related issues with subscription fees.

Powerful Calculation Engine
Users can easily carry out comprehensive calculations for financial formulas or more comprehensive business logic combining all areas of the system.
Premium Profile Management And User Rights
Users can setup their user rights including the specification of what they can/can't change. The report would only display information relevant to the current user.
Backup And Offline Access
This feature basically maintains a relational or multidimensional data model with all the accounting services' (Xero / Saasu) transactions that can be used offline with advanced reporting and ad-hoc options.
