The client wanted to create a platform which would allow the club members to have more control and flexibility over their memberships.
MySub gives club members the ability to sub-lease their memberships on their own terms in a shared economy. Simultaneously, the platform also helps the clubs to fill more seats, sell more memberships, and retain their members.
Before the App came into the picture, sports lovers and enthusiasts would often lose out on their favourite teams playing and tournaments. There was a gap between the people who had tickets with them, and those who were willing to buy them. As a result, the tickets were wasted and left unused.
MySub was born from the need for enhancing membership experiences. In simple words, MySub allowed club members to sell their tickets that they were not going to use to those people who were interested in buying them. The clubs which signed up on this platform also had an opportunity to earn a small portion from each re-sold tickets.
