We have an itch to do deep research about the problem.
Our renowned client wanted to create a platform for online testing so that learners could watch and finish examinations given to them by mentors in different exam formats. The platform should have seven sub-admin roles to help with this. These includes:
- A Project Administrator who allocates trainers to projects.
- An Assessor who examines and grades tests.
- A Moderator who makes the final determination regarding test results.
- A Facilitator who manages course-specific data for live sessions.
- A Verifier who examines session data, and
- A Data Capturer who adds and updates course-related learning materials.

The Client wanted to be able to enable and disable certain platform functionalities.
- These functionalities should be for each sub-admin while also giving each sub-admin a personalized dashboard with information about their own functionalities.
- These dashboards would provide all the information on students, exams, and courses.
What We Delivered
From nothing to a star!
Multiple Sub-Admin roles
Previously, the company relied on test assessors and a test moderator to manually assess the tests. However, now the company has implemented online functionality to check and recheck the tests, and the reports are provided to both the main user and the admin.
Online Test
According to the trainer's instructions, the student can take exams online.
Live performance Tracking
Both the administrator and user have the ability to monitor the performance of the employee taking the course.

Super-admin panel
The super admin has the ability to create subscriptions, as well as manage subscription requests and send message requests to users within the company.
Learners Management
Based on the respective courses, the Super Admin can control the access permissions for specific users.
Manage Courses
The administrator has the authority to manage the available courses and choose which ones are cost-free and which ones are paid. The administrator may also choose which employee qualifies for either free or paid training.
Analytical reports
The system allowed users to produce dynamic reports from it, providing them with actionable insights.
