System Testing
Before deploying the web application on client server, our team conducted thorough QA testing to ensure that the system was error-free.
The fight was tough but so fun to crack!
The biggest challenge was to understand the business processes and the functions of various service providers that were to be on-boarded on the platform. Since not all the service providers had similar processes, creating a uniform process for booking and satisfactory customer services was a problem.
- Even though the client had a Romanian background, our experts had no difficulties in gathering the requirements, but rather in gathering the supplier processes and business functions of the service providers.
- To solve this, we conducted various meetings with client to understand the ecosystem completely and also had various discussions to integrate his vision of the industry in the mix.
- Based on the discussions, various wireframes of different processes were prepared to understand the bigger picture and to create an integrated system for the client.

Location Integration
We integrated Google Places for effective zip code management and nearby service providers.

Medical practitioners can manage their bookings and their calendar right from the system.

For repeat customers and frequent buyers, different loyalty benefits were introduced in the system.
Role management
Administrators can manage the sub-users and their authorities from their Administrative panel.
Dynamic Filters
