We also helped Client in migration of data to the system and we perform periodic testing regime on the system.
The fight was tough but so fun to crack!
One of the major obstacles in implementing the solution was ensuring that relevant information could be provided to the assets that visited the end-user's site while also keeping track of each individual asset within the business. The system not only had to identify the assigned asset but also provide information that was pertinent to that particular asset.
- To address this challenge, our team at Zealous developed a solution that involved assigning a unique QR code to each new asset.
- This code was registered by all stakeholders, and a physical copy of it was affixed to the device at the end user’s location.
- When a consultant or team member visited the site, they simply scanned the code, and the system would display all the relevant information about the device.
