Facebook 360-Degree Videos
A special set of cameras is used to record 360 degrees videos. Hence, viewers can choose any angle they want to see it from the video just by dragging around the video.
Uploading a Video
Capture a video using the 360-degree camera.
Before publishing the video, click the Advanced tab
Then, click the checkbox next to “This video was recorded in 360° format” to make the 360 Controls tab appear.
Click the 360 Controls tab to set the initial camera orientation and field of view for your video.
Check, “This video was recorded in 360° format” while uploading.
Head to the new “360 Controls” tab.
Check the box that says “Enable Guide.”
Play through your video to identify the points of interest that you don’t want your followers to miss.
To add a point of interest, select “+ Add Point” when the video is paused, and that point of interest will be added to Guide.
